The school provides an IT support helpdesk to assist staff, students and parents with any issues with the school's IT services. The helpdesk can be contacted by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
EduLink Logins for Parents
Parents who have forgotten or do not know their EduLink login details can use the Reset Login link on the EduLink login page.
After clicking on Reset Login, enter your email address (the address which you have previously provided to the school). You will receive an email with instructions to set new login details.
If prompted for a school ID, please enter Redborne.
EduLink Logins for Staff and Students
Staff and students must use the Google option to sign in to EduLink. Entering a username and password will not work for staff and students.
